This well equipped home has two bedrooms (standard/double beds) and two bathrooms, one en suite. There is a full size kitchen with dining area and a comfortable and relaxing living room, and, until the frosts set in, a large west facing deck to enjoy a refreshing drink watching a dazzling sunset.

Hair dryers provided-All linens and bedding provided, including towels.-Fully equipped kitchen with tableware, silverware, pots and pans etc.-Washer and dryer-Dining area-Comfortable and relaxing living area with basic TV and DVD player, CD player with radio-Wi-fi throughout home-Central Air-Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis with extra security deposit. At the end of the day you will sleep peacefully on this attractive property on a quiet country road. This unique home is a little over a two hour drive from New York City and can be found approximately 15 minutes west of the Taconic Parkway or 20 minutes east of the New York Thruway.
Vacation Rental Rates-$195 per night, 2 night stay minimum-3 night weekend option-$750 per week-$850 per month Memorial Day-Labor Day. Longer term rental negotiable.
STUDENTS: Will rent room/bath temporarily for $500 per month, $575.00 ensuite.
NOW being offered through May 2010 at $1150.00 per month.
A security deposit is required and there is a $50 cleaning fee for each rental-The home is available from October 1 2008, just in time for the Hudson Valley Leaf Peeping Season.
